Our client, a global biotechnology company that dedicates to the development, manufacture and commercialization of biopharmaceutical medicines, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Argentinian Affiliate, based in Garín, Buenos Aires.

The position will report directly to the Global Head of Legal & Compliance in Madrid, and it will be in charge of providing advice and propose solutions to cover all the legal needs of the local company in the contractual, commercial and regulatory legal advice sphere, both nationally and internationally.

We are looking for someone with over ten years of experience in similar positions, with specific experience in contract drafting/negotiation, creation of legal documents and vast comprehension of legal and regulatory matters. It is mandatory to have advanced-bilingual English, both oral and written.
