Como **Legal Counsel,**estarás colaborando con la gestión administrativa legal de la dirección, además de desempeñar un rol de facilitador para el negocio poniendo en juego tu visión comercial.
**¿Qué vas a hacer?**:
- Participar en la revisión, confección, negociación y/o ejecución de contratos comerciales con clientes internos y externos y proveedores.
- Confeccionar los modelos de solicitudes de servicios para comercialización de servicios.
- Redactar actas y gestionar los libros societarios.
- Realizar el seguimiento de riesgos con seguridad.
- Participar en la Investigación y redacción de memorándums legales.
- Participar en el lanzamiento de nuevos servicios, incluyendo el encuadramiento legal y análisis de impacto.
- Monitorear y actualizar los litigios de la compañía.
- Participar en el análisis y documentación para presentarnos en licitaciones públicas.
**¿Qué experiência necesitas?**:
- Estudiante avanzado y graduados de Abogacía.
- +1 año de experiência previa trabajando en estudios jurídicos o empresas multinacionales.
- Nível de inglés intermedio / avanzado.
**¿Qué podría diferenciarte?**:
- Experiência previa trabajando en relación a objetivos de negocio o equipos comerciales.
- Experiência previa en el mercado financiero.
