**LEGAL COUNSEL**:
Buenos Aires, Argentina

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Planificar y definir acciones con el propósito de atenuar futuras contingencias jurídicas, cumpliendo con las normativas legales correspondientes
- Asesorar jurídicamente a todas las áreas de la compañía y analizar las diferentes normativas legales, redactar y revisar cartas ofertas, acuerdos comerciales, contratos de prestación de servicios y locación de inmuebles entre otros
- Supervisar, administrar y realizar el seguimiento de las pólizas de seguros, siniestros y reclamos
- Coordinar con asesores externos el seguimiento de temas generales y de auditoría
- Implementar y monitorear el Plan de Compliance de la compañía.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Graduados de la carrera de Abogacía
- Contar con experiência mínima de 5 años en posición similar
- Nível de inglés avanzado
