The Business Area Controlling Cross-Functional Controlling II team has an opening for an (Associate) Controller who is passionate about business and enjoys working with numbers.

BAC Cross-Functional Controlling, as part of the Global Controlling team, is responsible to actively manage the P&Ls for numerous cross-functional business units across the globe and across all Board Areas, as well as being a trusted advisor and reliable business partner to the respective business leaders. Therefore, we are looking for an (Associate) Controller who is keen to learn the tools and ropes in order to successfully support these business leaders as a trusted Business Partner.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- (Co)-manage financial performance of a business unit in close partnership with seasoned Controlling colleagues
- Actively support and co-lead various activities to ensure overall financial performance, such as quarter end close, financial forecasting, budgeting
- Safeguard financial compliance
- Evaluation and monitoring of key financial risks and impact factors on the business
