Job Description

We are seeking experienced **Senior and Lead Full Stack Engineers** to join a high-impact team building scalable, user-centric web and mobile platforms. This role has a **strong backend focus**, particularly using **Nest.js, PostgreSQL** and **TypeScript**, while also contributing to frontend development with **Svelte**.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead or contribute to backend development using **Nest.js** and **TypeScript**
  • Build and maintain scalable APIs (RESTful) and backend services
  • Work within a **mono-repo** architecture and follow **CQRS** design patterns (training available)
  • Contribute to frontend development using **Svelte** (training provided if needed)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CX, OPS, and Twilio Flex integrations
  • Ensure performance, security, and reliability across environments (Dev QA Staging Prod)
  • Support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends

**Requirements**

  • ** Senior Engineer**: 6+ years of professional software development experience
  • ** Lead Engineer**: 8+ years, including leadership of teams or projects
  • Strong proficiency in **Nest.js** and **TypeScript**
  • Experience with **PostgreSQL** (TypeORM preferred)
  • Familiarity with **CQRS** architecture and mono-repo workflows
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks (Svelte preferred; React, Vue, or Angular acceptable)
  • Experience with **AWS services**, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile workflows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in healthcare tech or familiarity with standards like **HIPAA**, **FHIR**, or **HL7**
  • Exposure to **Twilio Flex** or similar communication platforms
  • Experience with **Snowflake** or other data platforms
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
