**Requisitos** _ Se requiere un profundo conocimiento de la línea de negocio__ Identificación de la demanda del mercado, tendencias, competidores y volumen de mercado__ Gestión de la oferta de Smart City__ Enfoque consultivo con el cliente (identificación de necesidades y puntos de dolor del cliente__ Proponer modelos de negocio adecuados y sostenibles__ Preparación de propuestas, incluyendo P&L y CF (flujo de caja)__ Prospectar / Planificación de cuentas / Revisión y seguimiento del pipeline / Gestión de cuentas__ Establecer el panorama competitivo para el negocio de Smart City__ Definir la estrategia de ventas alineada con todos los actores internos (cumplimiento, compras, legal, entrega)__ Preparación del presupuesto y fijación de precios, Matriz Bid/No Bid (decisión de participar o no en licitaciones)__ Asignación presupuestaria y apoyo en el proceso de RFI (Request for Information) proceso RFQ (Request for Quotation)__ Preparación de propuestas (RFP) (flujo de caja, entregables, proceso de evaluación, etc.)__ Presentaciones a clientes__ Eventos, promoción y comunicación por países__ Gestión del portafolio y del ecosistema de alianzas (partnerships)__ Herramientas de marketing (materiales, folletos, sitio web)__ Definición del mercado objetivo por vertical__ Definir la hoja de ruta y prioridades de productos de NEC basadas en la demanda del mercado (en coordinación con el equipo de Diseño de Soluciones y el área de Producto)__ Definición del plan de salida al mercado (Go-to-Market) por vertical (ecosistema de alianzas, gestión del portafolio, competidores, recorrido del cliente, estrategia vertical)__ Responsable de la ejecución de POCs/DEMOS/MVPs__ Aportar conocimiento y experiência en el dominio del vertical específico (procesos, mejores prácticas, casos de éxito, etc.)__ Eventos, promoción y comunicación por verticales__ Hacer seguimiento de certificados de clientes._
