We are searching for the best talent for Legal Manager MedTech, Southern Cluster to be in Buenos Aires

The Legal Manager will be responsible for:

- Providing advice on private and public commercial contracting, including public tenders, and other legal areas, including competition law, employment law, corporate law, health regulations and other related topics.
- Contract drafting and supporting negotiation processes.
- Drafting corporate minutes, including board resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate documents.
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
- Ensuring compliance with our Code of Business Conduct and relevant corporate policies.
- Communicating and dealing with external parties (regulators, outside counsel, public authorities, etc.), in a compliant and ethical manner, creating relations of trust.
- Providing legislative updates and following up on new legislation.
- Giving guidance to employees on day-to-day legal matters and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
- Representing the company at legal proceedings (administrative bodies, courts, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Law degree.
- License to practice Law in Argentina in good standing.
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in the corporate sector industry or law firms.
- Strong working knowledge in English.
- Strong business orientation.
- Comprehension of the influences of the external environment on a corporation.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information.
- Ability to operate and resolve routine legal matters without supervision.
- Analytical abilities and strong attention to details.
