**Job Title**: Recruiter
**Location**: Remote with headquarters in Memphis, TN, USA**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies using a data-driven approach.
- Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring manager and interviewers to represent Southern’s culture in a meaningful way.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing job offers, conducting background checks, and organizing orientation sessions.
- Stay informed of trends and innovations in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English at a native level.

**Preferred**:

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting sales positions
- Experience in the construction, roofing, or renovation industries.
- Experience working for a USA based company.
- Ability to work standard U.S. business hours.
- Knowledgeable about employment-related laws and regulations.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
