**We are on the lookout for a proactive remotely based Recruiter to help us grow our multicultural team. As a Recruiter, you will join our existing HR team and play a critical role in closing technical and non-technical positions, expanding our talent searching activities and exploring new job seeker markets.**

**This role is on an hourly basis and can constitute from 20 to 40 hours per week depending on our workload and your time capacity.**

**As a Recruiter you will**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and identify immediate and future hiring needs.
- Participate in developing and updating of job descriptions and job specifications.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Promote and increase diversity on the team.
- Design job description based on the requirements of the hiring managers
- Search talent actively
- Optimize and document processes

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience in recruiting in various regions
- Headhunting/active sourcing experience is highly appreciated
