About the Role We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities to support hiring across a wide range of functions, primarily in technology but also in areas such as accounting, design, marketing, operations, and other business roles. This position requires someone who can quickly understand new role requirements, source qualified candidates using advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques, engage prospects effectively, and conduct initial interviews to assess alignment. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Staffers, presenting validated candidate profiles so they can determine which candidates move forward to clients Your Responsibilities: Source and attract top-tier professionals with strong English skills. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to its full potential using structured filters and effective Boolean search strings. Review LinkedIn Recruiter results and identify candidates who closely match role requirements. Reach out to selected candidates and engage them throughout the recruitment process. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, assessing their strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit for the role. Regularly update client-facing teams with qualified candidates and provide well-crafted candidate summaries for internal review and client submission. Keep internal databases and ATS systems fully updated, and ensure timely, professional feedback is provided to candidates. Qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple role types (e.g., tech, accounting, design, marketing, operations). Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, filters, and Boolean search. Experience recruiting in international or remote hiring environments is a strong plus. Proven ability to identify high-quality talent and assess role alignment across diverse functions. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (C1 level). Proficiency with ATS platforms and the discipline to maintain organized, accurate candidate data. Strong interviewing capabilities with the ability to evaluate skill sets, strengths, weaknesses, and cultural/role fit. High level of adaptability and curiosity to quickly learn new industries, technical roles, and client requirements. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent candidates clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
