We welcome **passionate** warriors and are currently looking for an **Events Planner. **S/he will be responsible for supporting and executing the tactical and strategic plans for internal clients.

**What you will do**:

- Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.
- Work with team members in their respective areas to ensure all elements in the planning calendar are delivered on time.
- Coordinate events by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments to ensure event
- Track progress of planning and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Share monthly project status report.
- Accomplish goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests.
- Define BTL events calendar and budget based on the specific needs of the business (hippodromes, casinos and bingo halls).
- Define calendar of events and budget for internal actions of the company based on the specific needs of the human resources team.
- Social communication, advertising or marketing degree.
- Experience in events management and marketing activation
- Previous project management experience
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive thinker
- Commitment to customer service (internal and external)
- Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills
- Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset
- Calm individual who can operate under pressure, deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environment
- Passionate about sports
