Job Purpose Manage and enhance the efficiency of demand planning and management processes for the CHC Argentina portfolio. Optimize resources by ensuring proper provisioning of slow‑moving products, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and product availability to meet market needs and achieve company objectives. Facilitate the flow of communication throughout the supply chain by maintaining strong relationships with Commercial teams and Supply Planners, ensuring the agreed service level with the customer is met. The IBP Manager acts as the coordinator of the Demand Planning process, within the framework of the IBP cycle for the assigned Market/Cluster. Main Responsibilities: FORECASTING & IBP Develop a 36‑month rolling demand forecast (with a primary focus on months 4‑24) at multiple levels of aggregation for the assigned Cluster/Market. Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to understand demand drivers and define appropriate levels of aggregation (Building Blocks). Review available market intelligence and maintain a demand model based on historical data, market trends, and statistical analysis. Consolidate the total forecast (Baseline + Building Blocks) and ensure its availability in the tools defined within the IBP process. Leverage and manage the Demand Planning tool by processing and cleansing historical sales data, defining and validating the statistical model and its parameters, detecting changes in statistical patterns and communicating them to stakeholders. Coordinate meetings as part of IBP responsibilities to facilitate cross‑functional consensus on the demand plan. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality teams to gather relevant inputs and align forecasts with commercial strategies. Challenge volume assumptions related to future Commercial/Marketing events or promotions. Deliver the consolidated forecast to the DRP Planner at the required level of granularity (SKU level) to support MPS (Master Production Schedule) development and constraint identification. Monitor daily performance versus the plan and communicate short‑ and long‑term risks and opportunities. Support the DRP Planner in inventory analysis (coverage, slow movers, obsolete items, and at‑risk inventory) to inform decision‑making by Finance and Commercial on product destruction or additional sales initiatives. Provide expertise to the DRP Planner in the development of Inventory Policies and Safety Stock levels, segmented for new products, active SKUs, and products to be discontinued. Maintain an up‑to‑date ABC classification of the portfolio and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate product changes and launch plans with the Portfolio team, ensuring timely integration and communication to Supply Planning. Communicate both constrained and unconstrained demand plans, highlighting identified GAPS during Demand and Supply Reviews. Participate in continuous improvement projects and in the implementation of new planning tools and technologies. Use tactical and strategic information derived from reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support data‑driven decision‑making that maximizes operational profitability and customer satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities To achieve this, the role will monitor Demand Planning performance indicators, analyze trends and results, identify root causes of losses, and define corrective action plans in collaboration with relevant teams. Share accountability for the performance of other key Supply Chain KPIs that support the Demand Planning function, including Stockouts and Backorders, Forecast Error & Accuracy, Stock Alert, and Fill Rate. Coordinate product changes and launch plans with the Portfolio team, ensuring timely integration and communication to Supply Planning. Facilitate cross‑functional consensus on the demand plan through regular IBP meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
