Personal Assistant at BairesDev
We are looking for a Personal Assistant in Buenos Aires who must reside in Zona Norte or CABA close to Zona Norte, to be the right-hand person for all things personal for our CSO.
He/she should be able to juggle multiple tasks, with great attention to detail, and stretching outside their comfort zone to help get things done.
This position requires running errands in the area and traveling about 50-60% of the time.
The assistant will work alongside the CSO´s Chief of Staff.
What You'll Do:
Personal assistance, scheduling, and expense management:
- Handle personal-related matters, administrative tasks, and the CSO's agenda.
- Manage scheduling of appointments, personal reservations, and any additional requests as needed.
- Track, organize, and submit monthly expense reports.
- Provide general support and flexibility by assisting with any other personal or administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and discretion in all matters.
Travel and events planning and coordination:
- Plan and execute global trips, oversee travel logistics, manage the CSO's itinerary.
- Ensure seamless scheduling of appointments and reservations.
- Organize events and parties, ensuring all details are executed smoothly.
Household and third-party management:
- Coordinate tasks and maintain direct communication with household staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee external suppliers, schedule services, and follow up on all necessary arrangements.
Errands and shopping:
- Run errands in the AMBA area and handle on-demand shopping.
- Activity recommendations and coordination:
- Proactively seek out and suggest new experiences, services, and activities that could add value to the CSO's personal and professional life.
- Recommend, schedule, and coordinate reservations for restaurants, coffee shops, exhibitions, and cultural activities.
- Anticipate needs and offer thoughtful suggestions beyond direct requests.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Travel/Event Planner, Administrative Assistant, or in Property Management.
- Valid driving license
- Having a personal car is desirable.
- Must be located in Zona Norte or CABA close to Zona Norte.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to travel 50-60% of the time.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
