**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Cold Calling** - Reach out to potential clients via phone, introduce our services, and generate interest.
- **Appointment Setting** - Schedule sales meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.
- **Lead Research** - Identify and build a high-quality list of potential clients and key decision-makers.
- **CRM Management** - Track all interactions in our CRM system to ensure an efficient follow-up process.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience in cold outreach or sales**, ideally in a marketing agency or related field.
- **Self-motivated & proactive approach** - You are excited to help shape the growth of **Digital Essence**.
- **Fluent in German and English** (spoken and written).
