Cold Call Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to property owners with the objective of identifying potential sellers who are interested in selling their properties.
- Research and identify properties and property owners using various databases, public records, and other sources.
- Engage in persuasive and professional conversations with property owners, presenting them with the benefits of selling their property.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with property owners to gain their trust and confidence.
- Listen actively to property owners' needs, concerns, and motivations for selling, and provide appropriate responses and solutions.
- Accurately document and update information related to each call, including property details, owner contact information, and conversation outcomes, in the designated CRM system.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to evaluate the potential of identified properties and recommend appropriate actions.
- Continuously follow up with property owners to maintain engagement and nurture relationships over time.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and relevant industry information to effectively communicate the advantages of selling.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and property acquisitions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Persistent and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles, property valuation, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry, research, and communication.
