**About the Role**
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, caring, and ready to learn. You’ll assist our customers with their grooming services, with the potential to grow into a full time position.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Learning & Assisting**: Support grooming appointments, booking reservations and communicating effectively with customers
- **Customer Service Approach**: Ensure customers are comfortable and assured throughout their communication
- **Customer Interaction**: Help communicate with pet parents about their needs and preferences
- **Team Support**: Become part of a growing team with potential of mastering new skills.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to learn about pet grooming
- Friendly, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment
- Comfortable handling customers of all characters and temperaments
- English required

**Compensation & Perks**
- Pay starts at $400.000 per month depending on experience
- Weekly pay + performance bonuses
- Software provided
- Paid Vacations
- Contractor role

**Schedule Options**
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
- Part-time or full-time
