Resumen de puesto:
Es responsable de operar los procesos de cotización, órdenes de venta, DRP´s y carga de consumos, teniendo como objetivo principal entregar un servicio de valor agregado, logrando clientes internos y externos satisfechos.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Administrar las interacciones telefónicas con clientes bajo normas previamente definidas por Sandvik (productos, precios, condiciones crediticias y comerciales).- Establecer objetivos y medir el rendimiento para optimizar continuamente la atención de clientes.- Desarrollar y/o mejorar procedimientos para acompañar los objetivos.- Determinar y analizar rápidamente las causas que pueden originar desviaciones, para evitar su recurrencia futura tomando acciones correctivas efectivas.- Efectuar una gestión efectiva de seguimiento de los productos comercializados desde la cotización hasta la entrega final al cliente.- Analizar y reportar información relevante que afecte el nível de servicio a clientes.- Operar el sistema de Order Entry, generando cotizaciones, DRP´s, órdenes de venta y carga de consumos.- Operar los sistemas de facturación de ventas, contratos, consignaciones y servicios del sistema utilizado por Sandvik.- Gestionar las garantías requeridas por Clientes.- Atender en forma eficiente y clara las necesidades de información de los clientes.- Manejar información precisa relacionada con los diferentes productos y servicios, evitando de esta manera errores, desvíos y defectos.- Atender y manejar los reclamos con calidad y en el tiempo justo.- Informar en forma permanente y oportuna al Account Representative que corresponda, la situación de cada cliente.- Reportar seguimiento de cotizaciones y Ordenes de Ventas al Parts Head y al área comercial.- Elaborar informes de acuerdo con lo que se requiera relacionado a su función.- Brindar soporte en cuanto a Ordenes de Venta, Órdenes de Compra, creación de ítems, costos, precios, plazos de entrega, OSMI, cierres contables, ajustes de inventarios y manejo del sistema a su superior cuando lo requiera.- Seguimiento de las consignaciones, tránsitos y consumos.

Su perfil:
Secundario completo comercial, nível industrial o similar (deseable) // Estudiantes de la carreras de Ingenieria industrial, Administración, Comerciales, Marketing o afines.

Experiência superior a 2 años en puestos similares (Atención al cliente y Servicio Post Venta)

Lugar de residencia: Buenos Aires.

Lugar de trabajo: Oficinas San Justo. Esquema Híbrido.
