Right now, we are looking for a **Bilingual Assistant** to join our Corporate ParalegalTeam at Globant
- Responsibilities:_

Assist in managing the Legal Department's budget.
Manage reports in Excel and Google Sheets, and prepare graphics, statistics and dashboards.
Prepare presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Draft, proofread, file and send legal documents such as minutes, powers of attorney, reports and presentations, among others.
Assist in monitoring corporate compliance milestones and audit controls.
Maintain electronic documents and records.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Team and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Requirements:_

Advanced-level English with strong written and oral communication skills. (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and in Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
