The Paralegal has responsibility for working with lawyers and other legal professionals on the team in LATAM and in the Legal Office to perform matter management, complete internal and external reporting obligations, help our clients get answers to legal questions that arise on a day-to-day basis, and complete administrative / coordination efforts

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in developing business terms for contracts.
- Under the supervision of our attorneys, provide legal and/or business advice to associates with respect to day-to-day operations.
- Review, edit and comment on agreements drafted by others (e.g., business clients, other Company paralegals, counterparties).
- Negotiate contracts with limited authority to make final decisions on legal issues.
- Draft non-complex agreements with or without the use of templates. Track contract execution.
- Provide support for litigation cases.
- Corporate issues: Draft Minutes and provide support for the process of signatures and presentations to the authorities.
- Collaborate with legal counsel for bottlers, customers, suppliers, sponsorship properties and other counter-parties with respect to managing or otherwise responding to mutual legal obligations, opportunities and risks.
- Review and approve advertising, marketing and communications materials to ensure legal compliance and minimize liability.

**Education Requirements**:

- 1+ Years of experience working in a law firm or large corporate legal department
- Advanced English proficiency

**Functional Skills**:

- Strong organization skills with high level attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Collaboration & Inclusivity. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional virtual global team and positively influence individuals outside of your span of control.
