**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a global team of contracts attorneys/professionals.
- Track status of agreements under negotiation, manage signature process for vendor and customer agreements (both e-signature and coordination of manual signatures), file finalized agreements, assign tickets per matrix.
- Provides logístical and organizational day-to-day support to the assigned Legal team.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines and interact with lawyers and business teams globally.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

**Summary**

This entry-level position supports assigned legal functions and entities on the administration and execution of our corporate documents and contracts. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization and sound reasoning skills as well as the ability to interface with a number of internal constituents. The Paralegal I will assist with the administration of our vendor and customer contracts and the corporate legal function.
