**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively in **English and Spanish** at a professional level
- Process **mail and calendar deadlines** efficiently
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to identify tasks and delegate as needed
- ** 42B, I-589, I-765, DACA, U-Visas, I-130 & AOS, I-601A, FOIA, PIP, VAWA, K-1, K-3, consular process, bond packets, etc.** _(Training provided if experience is limited in specific areas)_
- Draft **template motions** (e.g., **motion to continue, motion to terminate proceedings, motion to change venue, motion to withdraw**)
- Ensure **client files** are complete, accurate, and up to date
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- ** Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)**:
- ** 3+ years of experience** in **immigration and/or criminal law**:
- Strong **organizational** and **time-management** skills
- Ability to **work independently** with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in **legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office**
