Description
- Fully remote, flexible schedule (20-30 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

How the first 3 months will look like:

- Secure 5 paying clients with signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, meetings, and closing
- Work closely with the founder to refine our pitch and sales strategy

Compensation & Growth Path:

- $300 USD/month for an initial 3-month contract
- $600 USD/month for part-time work after securing 5 clients, long term contract
- Full-time role opportunity ($1,500 USD/month) as we scale past 15 clients

Who We’re Looking For:

- Based in Buenos Aires
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing, recruiting, or SaaS background is a plus)
- A self-starter who can take the reins on a sales plan and run with it
