Freelancer - Sales Agent and Lead Generation

100% COMMISION BASED ROLE.
**Description**
We’re looking for a driven sales professional to help us bring in new clients and grow our agency. This is a fully remote, flexible role (20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday) where your main focus will be generating leads and closing clients.
**What the First 3 Months Will Look Like**:
- Generate qualified leads and convert **at least 5 paying clients** with signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, scheduling meetings, and closing deals
- Collaborate with the founder to refine our pitch and optimize outreach strategies
**Compensation (Commission-Only)**
- 100% commission-based role
- You will earn a **monthly recurring percentage** of every client you bring in, for as long as that client stays with us
- No cap on earnings — your income grows as you bring more clients
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Based in Buenos Aires
- **2+ years of B2B sales experience** (staffing, recruiting, or SaaS background is a strong plus)
- A self-starter who thrives on building pipelines and closing deals
