**You will**:
**Service Delivery**
- Implement sourcing and evaluation strategies for JL9-JL4 roles and in cases for JL 3 roles (assigned by the Regional Recruitment Solutions Lead) by collaborating with the Local HR and external vendors.
- Ensure the interview material such as interview questionnaire, interview panel selection, no. of rounds are all confirmed in advance to ensure efficient and fair evaluation process; ensure interview panel undergoes training for consistency in recruitment process
- Collaborate with the other team members (Eg. TAMs) assisting Global TA to ensure seamless process execution for Talent Acquisition
- Solve issues and provide solutions by collecting and analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change.
**Vendor Management**
**Stakeholder & Controls**
- Collaborate across Global TA to ensure the recruitment process is compliant with our philosophy and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations
- Be a contact person for relevant partners for operational topics
- Escalate questions / errands to appropriate HR contact on specific areas of queries to provide seamless resolution
**You?**
**Your professional profile requires**:
- College or University degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluent in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Advanced MS Excel.
