How will you make an impact?
Within this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of orders and customer requests. Your focus will be on delivering high service standards, maintaining data accuracy, and driving customer satisfaction.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Coordinate with sales, production, local authorities, and transport to ensure on-time, compliant order delivery.
- Maintain and update customer master data in SAP, supporting accurate records and reporting.
- Proactively resolve logistics issues and provide solutions for delivery deviations or customer transportation complaints.
- Prepare and present sales and customer care reports using AFI BI and other systems for management review.
- Act as a key liaison with Marketing for lead follow-up status and provide back-up support for colleagues as needed.
