We are looking for a **Senior Manual Tester** to join our performance playtesting team for an AAA game platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand current and proposed future changes to the playtest schedule and coverage requirements
- Supervise day-to-day tasking of testers to ensure the highest priority testing tasks are completed
- Track and report on team activity, including attendance, challenges, and escalations
- Review testers' effectiveness for the project
- Participate in staffing activities
- Troubleshoot and escalate found defects and situations that impact the team's ability to complete daily assignments

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of software testing experience
- Ability to work from the office starting 9-9:30 AM
- Capability to join planned weekend overtime shifts, once per quarter
- Expert understanding of project documentation
- Ability to provide high-quality functional requirements and conduct specification review and analysis
- Experience in planning testing activities for a team and executing results reporting
- Advanced experience installing and running builds on consoles/mobile devices and training others to perform these activities
- Expert knowledge of software quality control processes and SDLC
- Gamer with experience in at least a couple of titles and genres
- Ability to self-manage and perform tasks autonomously without supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, capability to take full ownership of the results of assigned testing tasks
- High level of discretion, with the ability to adhere to strict protocols when handling protected client information
- B2 level of English proficiency

**Nice to have**
- Game testing experience
- ISTQB certification
