In **Argentina** within the **insurtech** industry, we are looking for a **Senior Manual QA Analyst** to support the implementation of **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)**, ensuring functional consistency, data accuracy, and end-to-end quality across critical financial and operational modules.

You will be responsible for designing test cases, validating complex business processes, performing data validation, and collaborating closely with technical and functional teams throughout the QA lifecycle.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of QA analysts, functional consultants, ERP specialists, developers, and key business users working on a high-visibility ERP transformation project.

The team operates under a highly collaborative model, with a strong focus on clarity, business alignment, and quality delivery.

This is you_**

- 5+ years of experience as a **Manual QA Analyst** in complex software or enterprise environments.

- Strong experience testing **Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O** across multiple modules.

- Ability to design, document, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.

- Experienced testing the following modules**:Finance**/**Vendor Management — Accounts Payable/Customer Management — Accounts Receivable/Budget Management/Fixed Assets**
- Hands-on experience using test management tools such as **Azure DevOps Test Plans**, **Xray (Jira)**, or **Zephyr**.

- Ability to perform deep data validation using **complex SQL queries**.

- Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

- Highly proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Previous experience in **ERP data migration** validation.

- Familiarity with **API testing** or automated validation tools.

- Understanding of finance, accounting flows, or ERP operational processes.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Analyze functional and technical requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios.

- Create, document, and execute functional, integration, and regression tests.

- Validate data integrity and transactional flows using advanced **SQL**.

- Manage test execution, cycles, plans, and defects using **Azure DevOps**, **Xray**, or **Zephyr**.

- Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly, collaborating with developers and functional consultants for timely resolution.

- Ensure test coverage across financial, operational, and regulatory processes.

- Participate in workshops and knowledge sessions with business and technology stakeholders.

- Support go-live, post-go-live validation, and continuous improvement processes.
