We are seeking a **Senior Manual Tester**to join our team and contribute to the testing efforts of a AAA game platform.

As part of the newly formed Performance Playtesting team, your role will focus on ensuring a best-in-class gaming experience and maintaining a fair competitive environment for players across various levels.

This position requires working from the office, starting at 9-9:30 AM (UTC -04).

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct playtesting activities for multiple game titles, including test-case-based and exploratory testing
- Set up consoles and mobile devices to prepare for playtesting sessions
- Learn and utilize necessary tools to complete daily tasks effectively
- Identify and report defects found during testing
- Complete playtesting questionnaires to provide feedback and insights
- Support junior testers by assisting with troubleshooting and task completion
- Escalate issues to the test lead when required

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in software testing
- Active gaming experience across multiple titles, genres, and platforms
- Ability to create high-quality test cases, test plans, bug reports, and test result documentation
- Advanced experience in installing and running builds on consoles and mobile devices, with the ability to train others in these tasks
- Experience troubleshooting configuration issues for consoles and mobile devices
- Proven experience in training and supervising other testers
- Advanced knowledge of PC and Windows systems
- Ability to self-manage and perform primary testing tasks without supervision
- Accountability for the quality and results of assigned testing tasks
- Discretion and compliance with handling protected client information
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Ability to coordinate a workstream of 3-7 testers in an established project
- ISTQB certification
- Advanced understanding of Software Quality Control processes and SDLC
