**Soporte on site en oficinas del cliente (Zona Norte - Prov. Buenos Aires).**

**De Lunes a Viernes de 9hs a 18hs.**

El puesto de Soporte On Site está destinado a brindar asistencia técnica directa en las oficinas del cliente. El profesional será responsable de resolver incidentes y ofrecer soporte a los usuarios en diversas áreas de infraestructura IT, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas y equipos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Brindar soporte técnico presencial en las oficinas del cliente, gestionando incidentes y solicitudes de servicio.
- Utilizar herramientas de gestión de tickets y llamadas para el seguimiento y resolución de problemas.
- Brindar soporte para sistemas operativos Microsoft (Windows) en estaciones de trabajo.
- Resolver problemas relacionados con aplicaciones en entorno Windows.
- Gestionar y mantener la infraestructura de hardware y redes de datos y voz.
- Configurar y dar soporte a redes Microsoft y dispositivos de red.
- Administrar herramientas IT para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas.
- Configurar y mantener herramientas de seguridad informática.
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de hardware de escritorios y portátiles.
- Proveer soporte en el uso avanzado de aplicaciones de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Gestionar inventarios de equipos y suministros.
- Brindar soporte técnico de Nível 1 en equipos de impresión.

**Requisitos**:

- ** Formación académica**: Deseable formación en cursos o carreras relacionadas con el ámbito IT.
- ** Experiência**: Al menos 1 año de experiência en puestos similares con conocimientos en:

- Uso de herramientas de gestión de tickets y llamadas.
- Soporte en sistemas operativos Microsoft para estaciones de trabajo.
- Soporte en aplicaciones y software en entornos Windows.
- Conocimiento en hardware e infraestructura de redes de datos y voz.
- Configuración de redes y dispositivos de red en entornos Microsoft.
- Manejo de herramientas de seguridad informática.
- Mantenimiento de hardware de escritorios y portátiles.
- Dominio avanzado del paquete de Microsoft Office.
- Gestión de inventarios de equipos y suministros.
- Soporte de Nível 1 en equipos de impresión.

**Idiomas**: Preferentemente manejo del idioma inglés.

**Habilidades**:

- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente y eficaz.
- Proactividad y autonomía en la ejecución de tareas.
- Orientación al cliente y excelente trato interpersonal.
