General Summary:
The role of this function is to lead the KAMs Team in Argentina and the strategic to achieve a solid account planning to Key Accounts, building effective relations with external stakeholders, supporting the development and implementation of market access cross strategy for the company in key accounts, the establishment and tracking of KPIs and working through a collaborative approach with other areas, mainly CVTs and Commercials Teams.

Scope of this position: Argentina

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Strategic Account Management initiative in Argentina
2. Lead and develop local KAM’s team with growth mindset
3. Develop and track Account Management and Field KPIs to maximize execution
4. Build a collaborate environment with CVTs (Marketing/Sales/MAF/Strategic Access), HEOR and commercial teams to understand Access barriers and co-create plans for core products in key accounts
5. Develop new access models to maximize opportunities in key accounts aligned with Core Brand Strategies to maximize execution to achieve patients access to our portfolio
6. Develop close and strategic relations with key external stakeholders in healthcare system based in high compliance standards
7. Serve as access expert in assigned area, giving insights, and sharing knowledge of the Healthcare System, Health Programs and business trends related to the reimbursement flow and decisions to identify opportunities and anticipate potential business impacts
8. Coordinate with government affairs team to prioritize policy issues, monitor the policy landscape and understand impact of policy decisions that could affect patient’s access to products

**Qualifications**:
1. Education level required: Professional University (mandatory); postgraduate or MBA (desired)
2. Experience in leading teams
3. Required skills: Leadership skills, strategic thinking and business insight skills; analytical profile, with strong verbal and written communication skills; growth mindset, high personal accountability, enthusiastic with critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high sense of urgency; efficient in planning and executing work; strong teammate with initiative to work with a collaborate approach with internal and external partners.
4. Required knowledge: Sales, Marketing and Payroll Management. Negotiation and planning.
5. Advanced English
6. Location of the role: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
7. Availability to travel 25% of time (One week every month)
