Customer Care Representative with Sales Focus

**Misión del cargo**:
Vender servicios de contabilidad e impuestos a pequeños y medianos negocios en USA, la persona debe tener habilidades de atención al cliente
**Funciones del cargo**:
Buscamos a una persona muy motivada con una sólida formación en atención al cliente, que también posea aptitudes para las ventas y el deseo de contribuir al crecimiento de nuestra empresa. El dominio del inglés escrito y verbal es imprescindible. Como representante de atención al cliente con un enfoque de ventas, será responsable de proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional, a la vez que identifica oportunidades para promocionar nuestros productos y servicios. La remuneración total anual prevista para este puesto es de U$ 30.000, incluyendo un salario base, comisiones y bonificaciones.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
1. Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente respondiendo rápidamente a las consultas, resolviendo problemas y garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.
2. Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento de nuestros productos y servicios para comunicar eficazmente su valor a los clientes.
3. Comprometerse activamente con los clientes para identificar sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas.
4. Utilizar técnicas de venta consultivas para promocionar nuestros productos y servicios, centrándose en los beneficios para el cliente y abordando las objeciones.
5. Mantener una cuota de ventas semanal y mensual, cumpliendo o superando sistemáticamente los objetivos.
6. Generar clientes potenciales y potenciales a través de diversos canales, incluyendo llamadas en frío, referencias y redes.
7. Realizar presentaciones de ventas y demostraciones a clientes potenciales, mostrando las características y beneficios de nuestras ofertas.
8. Negociar precios y condiciones, preparar acuerdos de venta y cerrar tratos.
9. Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, aprovechando estas conexiones para impulsar la repetición de negocios y referencias.
10. 10. Colaborar con los equipos internos para garantizar la integración y la asistencia al cliente sin fisuras.
**Requisitos**:
High School Diploma
Knowledge in digital platforms like Pipedrive (CRM), Monday, Microsoft 365 and others related
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
**English Level**: Advanced
2+ years’ experience in B2B as a sales agent or customer care position
2+ years of experience in Banking, Finances or Insurances
1+ years of experience as a sales agent or customer care agent with companies in USA
Cold calling experience
