Nuestro cliente es una empresa de IT que ofrece un software B2B destinado a empresas que contratan personal en Latam, permitiéndoles ofrecerles a sus contractors los mismos beneficios que en relación de dependencia. En pocas palabras qué buscamos: Unx Sr. BDR para generar leads a través de estrategias en frío y generar la primer call para luego pasarlo al ejecutivo. Con experiência en otras startups B2B. Que le interese eventualmente pasar a un rol de account executive. Qué vas a hacer Generar pipeline de empresas que se encuentren dentro de nuestro ICP. Llegar a leads por medio de cold outreach, Linkedin y otras estrategias. Mantener status de las empresas que contactás en Pipedrive para hacerles seguimiento. Tener primeras call con las empresas y hacer hand-off a nuestro account executive para el cierre. Estar siempre pensando y desarrollando nuestro customer persona.
Equipo apasionado por brindar la más práctica solución contable para quienes trabajan para el exterior. Para que trabajar para el exterior no sea un problema
**Requisitos**:
**Excluyentes**: Experiência Sr. en roles similares. Experiência B2B. Experiência en startup. Cuando no deberías aplicar: Si nunca trabajaste en una startup y en mercado B2B. Si no sabés lo que es un CRM o un ICP. Si no sabés qué es una estrategia de cold outreach. Si no sos una persona a la que le guste vender (ej: te preguntamos qué vendías cuando eras chicx y no tenés ninguna historia para contar).
