Overview
The Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within A&CS that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within A&CS and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.

As a Graphic Design Supervisor, you will bring a strong creative flair, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and effectively lead a team handling multiple project deliverables. You will be part of a diverse team supporting clients across the Americas in various industries, making the ability to seamlessly pivot between brands essential. A passion for exploring new tools and technologies, including GenAI to enhance efficiency and quality, is a plus—along with experience in UX/UI strategy and creative execution.

Role
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Project Managers, and Operations Managers to oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns for assigned clients.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of creatives, including Art Directors and Copywriters, to elevate the quality of work and drive excellence within the team.
- Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of content and design across all mediums to best industry practice standards and client branding guidelines by ensuring all output is checked and errors minimized.
- Overall responsibility for the production of communications material on time and to budget.
- Presentation of brand creative concepts to marketing teams, this includes - all consumer advertising for print, press, magazines, agents and all other printed comms.
- Produce creative guidelines to ensure consistency of brand and creative across all mediums.
- Optimizing graphic elements/image resizing
- Supporting Social Media efforts in particular content research and creation, monitoring and moderating follower’s interactions, response creation

All About You
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite i.e Photoshop, Dreamweaver, illustrator and InDesign, ideally HTM5 skills
- Strong knowledge of Figma, including the use of components to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in deliverable creation
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design
- Experience executing campaigns in social media channels (ie facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok)
- Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing
- Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
