IT Technology Lead - Procurement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Functional leader of medium to large projects for a specific business capability. Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.
- Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand
- Works directly with Business resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.
- Drives the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed in the change program.
- Maintains in-depth understanding of both KCP and Consumer business processes for their capability area
- Influences policy formation; contributes to User Groups; significant contribution to strategic direction
- Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org; full awareness of industry trends
- Serve in a critical role within the broader IT team and as an influential player in the IT Team
- Continuously scans the internal and external environment for best practices, pre-built templates, processes and technologies to meet the regional and global needs
- Determines and documents the impact of change, challenges assumptions and comes out with revised roadmaps and execution plans
- Work with project management and business stakeholders to negotiate project plans, time frames and trade-offs while ensuring all stakeholder expectations are in sync
**Specific Knowledge and Skills**:

- Successful track record working with business and IT peers in a highly proactive manner. Experience in a matrix organization and influencing stakeholders. Work in a true partnership co-creating and in consultative mode
- Must come from a background with heavy exposure in deploying/driving digital capabilities such as SAP ECC, S4 HANA, Ariba, Coupa and other Procurement related tools
- Must have extensive background in procurement processes such as Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Order, Invoice-to-Pay, Supplier Risk Management, Vendor Management
- Strength, in relationship building and partnering - embodies true partnership of co-creating and defining the future along with business and IT teams
- Must be comfortable with fast pace, making the abstract tangible and results oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science; MBA preferred.
**Key Qualifications and Experiences**
- Bachelor's degree; 15+ years of Professional experience with a minimum of 10 years of Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients
- Experience managing ITS Projects and/or Programs
- Experience with deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, and related visual management
- Held prior accountabilities that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and remote locations
- Strong leadership and service delivery skills
- Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations
- Broad range of business and IT experiences; has achieved technical and/or business certification(s).
- (Standard) Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
- (Standard) Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

- End to End Implementation experience is necessary
- Experience with Fiori is necessary
- ABAP
- Experience in ABAP coding is preferred
- Knowledge of coding standards necessary; experience in doing code reviews mandatory
- Coupa
- End to End Implementation experience is preferred
- Experience and knowledge in configuration, customization & Coupa Architecture
