At Kleo, we provide cutting-edge **EPOS systems and self-ordering kiosks** designed for the retail and hospitality industries. We are looking for a **Business Development Representative** who is fluent in **Spanish and English** to help expand our reach in key markets.
**About the Role**
As a **Business Development Representative**, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales opportunities. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and payments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in retail and hospitality.
- Present Kleo’s EPOS and kiosk solutions, demonstrating their value to businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation.
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on progress and key metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in **Spanish and English** (both written and spoken).
- Experience in **business development, sales, or account management** (preferably in payments, SaaS, or hospitality tech).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking.

Pay: $532,374.00 - $665,467.50 per month
