**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The position requires an individual with a strong techno-functional background and deep understanding of managing complex business processes in SAP Finance & Controlling.

This role will play a large part in owning the planning, delivery and execution of IT projects (SAP and non-SAP) within the Finance & Controlling workstream.
- Responsible for implementing new projects and enhancements for the SAP S4 HANA in the Finance and Controlling functional area.
- Support and maintain the existing system architecture through implementation of new system (SAP and non-SAP) enhancements as well as identification and resolution of production issues.
- Work with SAP Consultants/Business Analysts and numerous global business partners.
- Identify areas for business process improvement and establish effective and efficient system processes to support operations.
- Work with the SAP security team on resolving authorization issues and provide recommendations on optimal security setup for ongoing projects’ requirements.
- Work with development teams by providing functional specifications for new RICEFW development that are production support related; test and validate the development for

business use.
- Work independently with business process owners on presenting new solutions, leading workshops from scoping phase through realization phase of the projects.
- Lead aspects of project management for improvement projects and other IT projects.
- Responsible for the support of the SAP and non-SAP systems in order to cash

workstream and logistics execution.
- Created detailed system integration test plans, use case scenarios for detailed testing based on the functional requirements for projects.
- Manage resource allocation across the project portfolio.
- Perform in a functional capacity and be able to communicate across the organization.
- Develops process maps to document work and information flows.
- End-user support and troubleshooting (e.g. transaction analysis, training, reporting, etc)
- Travel to ALAM sites worldwide as needed. Expected travel less than 10% in a year.
- Successfully complete all assigned training.
- Flexibility - willingness to work flexible hours when required to support any incidents and/or deployment schedule.

**Are you a MATCH?**:
At least 2 full life cycles SAP project implementations in Finance and Controlling.
- Experience with SAP Finance, with deep knowledge of end-to-end Controlling and related Finance business processes.
- Should have in depth SAP experience with FI Configuration which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Asset Accounting, Special Purpose Ledger
- SAP Controlling configuration which include General controlling, Cost center accounting, Cost element accounting, Internal orders, Profit center accounting, Activity based costing, Product Cost Controlling.
- Knowledge of New G/L and Segment reporting would be a huge plus.
- Must have integration knowledge of FI/CO with other SAP modules (PP, MM, and SD).
- 3-6 years of hands-on strong SAP experience with a combination of operations support and project implementation
- Expertise in master data definitions, configuration and RICEF development in the SAP FI-CO functional area.
- Proficient in designing and developing user training documentation, test plan and test script development and execution.
- Self-motivated and independently seeks help to take on complex work and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to translate complex requirements to IT team and also articulate technical questions to business and seek clarification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals
- Proven ability to understand complex business processes and suggest possible solutions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide effective problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree in management Information Systems, Computer Science, and/or Business, or equivalent work experience.
