**Main Purpose**

Ensure efficient and accurate master data management, aligned with business needs (customers and materials) across different SAP systems for Bayer LATAM Crop Science division, contributing to continuous improvement, process automation, and compliance with data governance policies, with a focus on customer experience and digital transformation.

**Your mission will be to**
- Conduct daily follow-up with the external provider for the creation and maintenance of master data, ensuring information consistency across LATAM.
- Actively participate in Master Data Management projects, leading requirements analysis, process definition, coordination of critical phases (testing, cutover, training, communication, change management), and contributing to regional meetings to align strategies and resolve common challenges.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in master data management, design and document processes (AS IS / TO BE), and evaluate digital tools to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Provide support to northern LATAM countries (such as Mexico and Guatemala), collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to promote process standardization, act as a regional point of contact, and adapt schedules to operational needs.
- Serve as SAP Key User.
- Monitor performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Design and propose automation/optimization projects based on data insights (data-driven mindset).
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and information security standards.
- Develop training materials and work instructions using official tools.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing relevant information and documentation on data processes.

**Unlock your potential**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SAP - SD and MM modules.
- Data management tools: Salesforce, MM, FI, Power BI.
- Experience in process automation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of data governance and information security.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including MACROs and VBA.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or data integration tools.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA - SD and MM modules.
- Agile methodologies and Project Management (Azure, Jira, or similar).
- Differential: proficiency in SAP Script.
- Differential: experience delivering technical training.
- Differential: knowledge of programming languages.
