We´re looking for a IT Service Professional for Global Business Center H2R Team, who is going to report functionally to the Global Digital People Service organization. This role will be reporting to GBS H2R LC-AR Head, for P&O Shared Services operation alignment and the digital challenges in the South American (excl. Brazil) region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage IT operations of H2R/P&O system landscape with focus on Interfaces with Global, Regional and Local systems.
- Develop integrations working with source and target service providers.
- Oversee IT Demands and Projects in H2R/P&O Application integration space.
- Work with Managed Service Providers including but not limited to Infrastructure, Application and Cloud Services
- Assist in implementation of functional policies in association with Responsible Functional SME and procedures for operations, Contingency and DR plans
- Collaboration with Infosec, Cyber Security and Data Privacy of H2R/P&O Application
- Own the process of Change Control, Patch Management and Audit Compliance
- Provide the necessary technical expertise to customers and stake holders. Validate the technical solutions provided by External Vendors.
- Expertise in connecting systems through automation, associated life cycle.
- Drive service management
- Expertise in digitalization projects
- Knowledge of process digitalization and new technologies.

Technical Skills
- Complete Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle process
- File Transfer Protocols FTP, HTTP. SFTP
- Web Services Integrations SOAP / REST based
- Analyze the data in different file types and encoding.
- Ability to write SQL Statements, DDL / DML, Understanding of Data Models
- Encryption / Decryption Principles E.g., PGP
- Technical Document Writing i.e., Lean Specs, Tech Design Documents
- New technologies, implementation of process digitalization.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- 5 years of IT experience preferred.
- Experience in a management and supervisory role is plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and local language to different levels of Subject Matter Experts / Management
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
- business acumen with knowledge of H2R Services/P&O Industry preferred
