**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**: The IC IT Compliance Intern reports directly to the IC IT Compliance Team Lead. This position consists mainly of executing ITGC controls and helping IC IT Compliance Team Lead ensure Air Liquide entities stay compliant with Group’s control standards in the IT field. **Responsibilities**: - Gain hands-on experience by helping execute and test key IT General Controls (ITGCs) for various Air Liquide entities, ensuring our systems are secure and reliable. - Contribute to our risk management framework by assisting in the maintenance of critical Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) documentation. - Collaborate with senior leadership to help develop, implement, and improve our Zone's IT Compliance Programs, tackling challenges in data protection (PII, PHI, PCI) and system security. - Develop your professional communication skills by partnering with diverse departments to identify and resolve IT compliance challenges. - Experience the full audit lifecycle by supporting our IT Compliance analysts during internal and external audits, gaining valuable insight into corporate accountability. - Make a tangible impact by analyzing current processes and suggesting innovative improvements to enhance the efficiency of our IT controls and compliance programs. - Embrace our culture of safety and integrity by learning and championing Air Liquide’s safety objectives and company policies in all your work. **__________**: **Are you a MATCH?**: **Qualifications** **Education** - Advanced college student in IT, systems information, administration or similar degrees **Language Requirements** - English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1] - Spanish mandatory LI-MB5 **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
