What You'll Do:
Resolve Requests: Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow.

Verify: Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Administration: Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions.

Backend Activities: Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence.

Test: Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality.

Innovate: Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Project Participation: Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals.

Process: Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team and keep everyone informed.

Support: Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the Employer, leveraging your qualifications and expertise.

What We're Looking For:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma.

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations.

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Preferably exposed to Workday and SNow.
- Resilient, with the ability to work independently to resolve problems.
