Talent Acquisition Lead

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:We are looking for Talent Acquisition Lead.If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we’re waiting exactly you. Responsibilities Receive requests for new vacancies and distribute vacancies.Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.Participate in the annual planning of new vacancies.Lead employment branding initiatives.Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).Assist in employee retention and development.Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.Management of employment agencies and headhunters. Skills and Experience Required for this role 4-5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an IT company.Advanced level of English.Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).Experience with ATS is an advantage.Experience in preparing analytical reports of recruitment metrics.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
