As part of this we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our recruitment experience.
We fill around 3500 positions yearly - the direct impact we have on our business results is impressiveAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on being a true business partner to our hiring managers across within our AMER Service Region in our Marine organisation.
You'll be responsible for understanding current and future hiring needs, translating these into proactive sourcing strategies and an efficient process for each role.
You'll need strong interest to develop yourself on Wärtsilä functions across all levels in your defined countries and be adept at working around the local challenges to understand market drivers and what will attract talent to Wärtsilä.
