**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment Strategies: Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
- Job Descriptions: Create accurate and compelling job descriptions that reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
- Job Posting: Post job in various online recruiting sites in target countries.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
