**Senior Recruiter**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Manage **end-to-end **recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers for a **variety of positions.**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their **hiring needs** and** requirements.**:

- Work with hiring managers to develop **effective** job descriptions and interview questions.
- Negotiate **job offers **and ensure a smooth **onboarding** process for new hires.
- Monitor and report on recruitment **metrics **to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with** industry trends** and **best practices** in recruitment and share knowledge with the team.

**_Requirements:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of **5 years** of experience in recruiting, with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of positions, particularly for **IT roles and Industry**:

- **Fluent Level of English**:

- Strong understanding of **HR** and **recruitment processes** and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a** fast-paced** environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** and other **HR software tools**.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a** team**
