Unlike traditional agencies, their approach is hands-on, performance-driven, and built on clear systems that help brands scale. Founded by a well-known Amazon strategist who has worked with brands like DUDE Wipes, MaryRuth’s, and Barrière, the company now has a fully remote team of 65+ people across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. The pace is fast yet focused, supported by strong processes and tools. About the Role They're looking for a data-driven Advertising Strategist to join their growing team and take full ownership of Amazon advertising accounts. In this role, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize performance, and maintain clear and proactive communication with clients about their results. This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll work closely with clients to align advertising strategies with their business goals. You’ll collaborate with a team of passionate experts who live and breathe Amazon advertising, while continuing to sharpen your skills and grow professionally. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, confident explaining strategy to clients, and eager to stay ahead of Amazon’s ever-evolving ad platform. Impact You’ll Have Driving strong campaign performance through smart optimization. Keeping client goals front and center while executing tailored ad strategies. Building trust by delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations. Ensuring every detail — from keyword research to reporting — aligns with client success. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned client advertising accounts — from communication to performance. Develop, refine, and execute Amazon ad strategies tailored to client goals. Manage and optimize campaigns through deep data analysis and actionable insights. Lead regular client calls to present results, strategies, and next steps. Deliver monthly performance reports with clear strategic context. Conduct detailed keyword, competitor, and market research to guide decision‑making. Collaborate with and mentor analysts supporting account execution. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Advertising accounts. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy. Excellent communicator — able to simplify and explain ad strategies to clients. Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, or similar. Highly proactive and tech‑savvy; quick to learn new tools and automation software. Exceptional English skills (written and spoken). Based in Latin America with prior remote work experience. Compensation $2,000 – $2,500 USD / month, depending on skills and experience.
