Gestionar ágilmente los procesos de reclutamiento y selección end to end. Llevar adelante el relevamiento de perfiles con clientes de diferentes industrias. Realizar el diseño y publicación de avisos en diversos medios y difundirlos por redes sociales profesionales. Buscar activamente candidatos por base de datos, portales de empleo, LinkedIn y Recruiter. Filtrar y analizar CV's. Realizar screening telefónico. Evaluar perfiles a través de entrevistas por competencias. Redactar informes de candidatos y reportes para clientes. Coordinar exámenes preocupacionales y pedir referencias. Realizar el seguimiento activo de candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección y onboarding. ¿Qué buscamos? 👩🏻‍🎓 Profesionales de Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afines. 🎯 Experiencia de al menos 2 años liderando procesos de reclutamiento y selección. 👩🏻‍💻 Manejo de herramientas de search y recruting. 💯 Conocimiento y experiencia realizando entrevistas por competencias.  🕐 Disponibilidad full time.¿Qué te espera si te sumas?
