**The Role**
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team at Wakapi. The job includes sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified IT profiles around the world to work with us.
**Responsibilities**
- Preselection of CVs
- Interviews and assembly of resumes.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/advanced student of Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field.
- Advanced level of English is required.
- At least a year of experience in recruitment processes.
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Wish to keep learning continuously.
- Reside in Mendoza, Argentina.
- Experience with search engines, ATS, communication and planning tools such as LinkedIn, GitHub, MS Teams, Teamtailor and MS Office.
- At least a year of experience in the HR area of the IT industry would be a plus.
