**Required Skills**:

- Strong Communication:

- Clear written as well as verbal communication
- Accuracy and Organization:

- Attention to detail and a high level accuracy with data entry
- Ability to stay organized and able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines
- **Proficient in Systems**:

- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of Oracle and PLM software is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Review purchase order requests from the Production team to ensure all information and clear and understood
- Create line plans with accurate factory information and shipping terms to prepare for purchase order creation.
- Create large volumes of purchase orders in Merlin with a high level of accuracy, prioritizing urgent styles as needed
- Set up trim codes and create purchase orders for trims in Oracle, a web-based enterprise resource planning system.
- Work with the time and action calendar to meet task deadlines
- Report End of Day activity to ensure team that members know the status of projects
- Help with other data entry for special projects as needed

**Must have**:
**Resume in English and be Fully bilingual**

$1,300 usa dollares monthly

**Salary**: From $200,000.00 per month
