**Swvl** is looking to hire a Supply Acquisition Lead based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will be reporting into the General Manager for Travel. This person will be required to exhibit strong stakeholder management, business acumen and a great hold and understanding of data.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Supply Acquisition Lead will be working closely with the Country General Manager and the Global Supply Team in unlocking the right supply for the inter-city travel category at Swvl. This will involve setting up the right acquisition channels with vendors and institutions that can provide the adequate supply as the company grows and expands. Additionally, the Supply Acquisition Lead will be responsible for setting the right framework for managing the relationship with vendors, through setting targets, performance schemes and OKRs, as well as ensuring supply retention and minimizing churn.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Setting up direct and indirect channels for fleet acquisition like referrals, vendors, street teams and onboarding fairs
- Setting targets and OKRs for the team and setting up a process to engage with vendors and

suppliers to get the ground pulse on a regular basis
- Creating offline and online campaigns for creating a strong top of The funnel base for smooth acquisition
- Understanding captain trends and behaviours to identify the best opportunities for growth
- Acquiring adequate supply to meet demand requirements whilst providing best in class reliability and experience
- Proactively understanding and building seasonality in supply to activate relevant channels on a timely basis to ensure continuous flow of supply
- Collaborating with the global team and category teams on building and improving the cost of

acquisition and cost or supply on an ongoing basis
- Managing vendor relationships to optimize supply experience on the Swvl platform

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant supply role, or a background in management

consulting, investment banking, or commercial role within a technology startup
- Highly analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally

building/using advanced models
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must
- SQL is a plus

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong experience in setting up both offline and online channels of acquisitions
- Strong sales experience or fleet management experience is preferred
- Proven track record of working in ambiguous environments and faced paced startups
- Willingness to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Process driven person who can convert ambiguous business requirements and models into

structured business processes with standard operating procedures
- Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day to day while defining and

leading the future direction
- Combination of technical know-how with and strong communication skills
- Ability to translate strategies into detailed execution plans and take them to desired outcomes
- Openness and willingness to learn and take hands on ownership
- Excellent ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
