THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive requests for new vacancies and distribute vacancies.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Participate in the annual planning of new vacancies
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Assist in employee retention and development
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Management of employment agencies and headhunters.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an IT company;
- Advanced level of English;
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search);
- Experience with ATS is an advantage;
- Experience in preparing analytical reports of recruitment metrics;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
